Refund policy

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Alita@AlitasDownToEarth.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to make it right. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once approved.
